Breakthrough T1D Collaboration Leads to Next-Generation Cell Therapy Research
JDRF is committed to supporting the development of cell replacement therapies that will one day offer cures for type 1 diabetes (T1D). Research is focused on replacing cells that have been lost with donor-derived or renewably sourced cells. Last month, Aspect Biosystems, a company that has received JDRF funding, announced a partnership with Novo Nordisk to develop bioprinted tissue therapies. Read more.
A Mother-Daughter Duo Takes On Capitol Hill at the 2023 JDRF Government Day
JDRF Government Day is held every spring, when advocacy volunteers from across the US gather in Washington DC to share their stories and advocate for Federal support of T1D research and health policies. Our chapter had six attendees, including Bonnie Carlson and her daughter Marina Kaypaghian. Introducing our 2023 Breakthrough T1D Children’s Congress NorCal Delegates
We’re thrilled to introduce our JDRF 2023 Children’s Congress Delegates representing Northern California!
