Top Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Advances of Fiscal Year 2023
Looking back at Fiscal Year 2023, there is much to celebrate in the progress we’ve made in T1D science. From the development of Tzield – the first disease-modifying drug – to new FDA approvals of T1D tech, lower cost of insulin, and breakthroughs in stem cell-based therapies, we’re making great strides toward improving lives and finding cures. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) 83rd Scientific Sessions took place from June 23-26 in San Diego. This is one of the largest gatherings of diabetes researchers in the world where scientists and healthcare professionals share and learn about new diabetes advances. The 2023 Breakthrough T1D One Walk, NorCal will take place on November 5th at California’s Great America in Santa Clara. The Walk is an opportunity to show the world that together we can conquer T1D. CLICK HERE to register!

► T1D Dads Barbershop Talk: Join T1D Dads at the virtual Barbershop to discuss any relevant topics that support each other. This group will meet every 3 months on the 2nd Friday of the month on Zoom, beginning July 14, 2023, 12-1pm. Register here.
