As we welcome the warm weather and summer break, we would like to invite you to join us for a Breakthrough T1D Community Gathering in an area near you. We are planning fun meetups across Northern California and are excited for you to join us! Meet the Breakthrough T1D team and your local T1D community. It’s always nice to have a sounding board to connect and share tips & advice! Also learn about programs, resources, and events including the Breakthrough T1D Walks happening this fall. We will have activities, snacks, and fun for everyone to enjoy.
