About
Breakthrough T1D’s Community Summit brings together the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community for a day of education, inspiration and connection. Learn from medical experts at a variety of breakout sessions, hear motivational messages from T1D champions, stay up-to-date on the latest technology and treatment options and meet others in the T1D community. Attend our Vendor Fair and hear about the latest in T1D research, support, and technology. Breakfast, light snacks, and lunch will be provided. We will be hosting a Teen Track for teens in grades 8th – 12th. We will be partnering with DYF to host a Youth Camp for children grades K – 7th. Space is limited, so please make sure to register in advance. We will be hosting a Spanish track for those more comfortable speaking in Spanish.
