Northern California’s New Youth Ambassador Program – Informational Session #1!

Come join us and learn more about Breakthrough T1D’s Northern California Chapter’s new Youth Ambassador program! The Youth Ambassador (YA) program is for children who are living with or impacted by type 1 diabetes (T1D) in grades K thru 12 who are looking to take a more active role in their community. YA’s will gain skills in leadership, speaking, and connecting, all while working to educate and drive awareness of T1D and advance Breakthrough T1D’s mission for a cure. Come join us and learn about the program, the required steps to become a YA, and what your children will gain from the Youth Ambassador program. We hope you can join us for this informational session!
