Join Breakthrough T1D and the USF Diabetes and Endocrinology Center for an educational event and, for students followed at USF, the chance to get your child’s diabetes school orders for the 2025/2026 school year!
Hear from providers with the USF Diabetes and Endocrinology Center to learn tips and tricks for managing type one diabetes at school as well as using the Diabetes Medical Management Plan (DMMP) – school orders for K-12.
Students will also enjoy their own program and have the opportunity to ask questions to members of our USF team!
This event is for any family impacted by T1D, even if the USF Diabetes and Endocrinology Center is not your diabetes care provider. We will also have TrialNet on site to screen T1D family members.
The event is from 10:00am-12:00pm and you can stay for the entirety of the event or drop-in and drop-out to complete your forms or for TrialNet screening.
Be sure to RSVP! An RSVP is required for school orders.
