A day of T1D connections, education, and zoo exploration with Breakthrough T1D!

Join us for Brevard T1D Connections Day presented by Health First! Below is what you can expect from the day:

9:00-9:30am – Welcome Breakfast with time to meet others in the Brevard County T1D Community, Breakthrough T1D Staff, and Health First. PLUS a special animal encounter!
9:30am-10:30am – Presentations on healthy living with T1D from Health First, resources & information on upcoming Walk from Breakthrough T1D, and more.
11:00am – Event concludes and you’re welcome to enjoy the Brevard Zoo for the remainder of the day (until close at 5pm). Zoo entry is provided with this event.

This event is for immediate family only and please ensure you register all those coming in your party so we communicate the correct amount of attendees to the Zoo. As the event approaches we will share out the breakfast menu and other event day details.
