Jacksonville Adult T1D Connect

Join us as we connect with our local adult T1D community in Jacksonville/Atlantic Beach!

This event is for adults (18+) with type 1 diabetes. Share experiences, swap tips, ask questions, and gain support from others who understand. You are welcome to bring a spouse, partner, or friend with you! We are meeting at the Panera in Atlantic Beach to have lunch and connect (lunch not provided). You can look for the table with the Breakthrough T1D sign.
