Come join us for a day of community and fun at Wickham park! This event will be simply be an opportunity for our Breakthrough T1D T1D families to spend time with each other and lunch will be provided.

This event is free, but please still register all those in your party to help us get a count of who all will be attending. Registration ends on December 4th, so be sure to do so ahead of time!
