HOW DO I ATTEND? IT’S EASY!
You just need to complete two easy steps to attend the Family Rally:
1. Register a team for the Orlando or Melbourne One Walk by Friday, January 10th!
2. Purchase your tickets for the Rally right here on Eventbrite!
Please note that due to the exclusivity of space at SeaWorld, this event is for immediate family, and open to familes from Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Sumter, Volusia, Brevard and Marion counties only.
Please purchase your tickets to RSVP by Thursday, January 16th to help us get the most accurate count.
Here’s a look at what the day’s schedule of events looks like:
Do I need my tickets on the day of the event?
No way! It’s easy! We will have a list of all those who have purchased tickets at check-in.
Do I need to get seperate tickets for SeaWorld park admission?
No way! At the end of the Family Rally our whole group will be let into SeaWorld via a private gate entrace that backs up to our event venue at Ports of Call.
How will the Shamu SeaWorld show just for the kids work?
Shortly after 10:00am, when we get started – the kids, ages 3-12, will be taken to a special SeaWorld show while the parents participate in the majority of our program. When the kids leave there will be SeaWorld staff, adult volunteers, and Diabetic Educators with them should they need anything.
Where should I park?
Parking is complementary, so just let the attendant at the booth know you are with Breakthrough T1D for an event at Ports of Call and they will give you a parking slip. Once you’re in the lot the parking attendants will direct you to park in the correct place. There will be signs outside Ports of Call directing you where to enter for our event.
