Cups of Hope is a gathering of people whose lives are affected by Type 1 Diabetes including adults with T1D, spouses, parents, grandparents, caregivers, etc. Everyone is welcome! We gather together and share experiences and information to help us make life better for our #1 Type 1.
Join our very own T1D Friend Susan Nash, as she shares valuable resources that have helped her learn and connect to others after her T1D diagnosis. If you have any of your own tips and tools to share, please bring them along for this interactive meeting of the minds (and hearts!).
