Our daughter Isa was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes before her second birthday. Since that day, T1D has been a constant presence in her life…and in ours. It means monitoring blood sugar day and night, making countless decisions around food and insulin, and responding quickly when things change, often without warning.
Type 1 diabetes is relentless. It doesn’t take breaks, and it doesn’t wait for convenient moments. But Isa meets every challenge with courage, resilience, and a spirit that inspires everyone around her. We are determined to help create a future where she, and millions of others, can live without the burden of this disease.
