North Texas Giving Day – 9/1-9/22

This year, on Thursday, September 22, 2022, Breakthrough T1D is participating in Communities Foundation of Texas’ North Texas Giving Day, a one-day online giving extravaganza for the DFW Metroplex and all of North Texas. Your donations will improve lives today and tomorrow by accelerating life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat type 1 diabetes (T1D) and its complications. This year, early giving begins September 1!

Last year, we were part of the success as Communities Foundation of Texas brought together over 3,300 local nonprofits to raise $66 million. Since its founding in 2009, NTX Giving Day has inspired people to get up and give, resulting in increased donations and services provided in North Texas.

We invite you to join the movement and help us reach our goal of $20,000. Here’s how you can help:

1. Give now through September 22!
Your gift matters!  Make your gift early from September 1- 21, or when you donate to Breakthrough T1D at NorthTexasGivingDay.org between 6AM and midnight on September 22, your dollars will be stretched with bonus funds.

2. Spread the word!
Spread the word to you friends and loved ones about Breakthrough T1D and NTX Giving Day!  Don’t forget to tag @JDRFNTXOK and #NTxGivingDay if you’re posting online!  Encourage your friends and family to get up and give as well.  Communities Foundation of Texas is even offering a prize for the social media post that’s shared the most!
