T1D Connections – Outreach Volunteer Training May 16, 2019

Breakthrough T1D Outreach Volunteers build relationships with newly diagnosed families and individuals – welcoming, supporting, guiding, and connecting them to the larger T1D community and Breakthrough T1D.  In this role, the volunteer is a support, educator, and a connector to the Breakthrough T1D Greater Dallas Chapter.  If you are interested in becoming an Outreach Volunteer, please contact Tanya Conovaloff at tconovaloff@BreakthroughT1D.org.
