With the Fall Season upon us, we are inviting parents of children with T1D to our Breakthrough T1D NYC office to meet our team in person and learn about upcoming programs and resources that support your kids. Connect with other parents in our community, enjoy snacks, and hear from our Breakthrough T1D NYC staff and volunteers dedicated to helping you and your child have a great school year.
