Skating w/Breakthrough T1D

Lace up your skates and join Breakthrough T1D for a fun-filled afternoon at Wollman Rink in Central Park! Families are invited to enjoy an afternoon of skating, connection, and community alongside other families impacted by T1D.

The event will include check-in from 1 p.m.–2 p.m., followed by skating lessons from 2 p.m. –3 p.m. for children with T1D and their siblings. Lessons will be offered in 30-minute time slots with 60 spots available per session. After skating, warm up with hot cocoa and time to mingle from 3 p.m. –4 p.m.

There is no cost to attend this event, but advance RSVP is required. Participants will also need to complete the Wollman Rink waiver.
