We’re so excited to announce that our Breakthrough T1D Oregon & Southwest Washington Youth Ambassador Applications are now open until July 31st!

Our Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador Program is a wonderful volunteer opportunity for youth in grades 2nd-12th living with type 1 diabetes (T1D). This program will run from August 2026-June 2027 and is designed to help children and teens raise awareness of T1D in their communities and grow as leaders. Youth Ambassadors will gain confidence in sharing their T1D story, build leadership skills, and connect with peers while supporting the mission of Breakthrough T1D.

See below for all requirements, expectations and responsibilities! If you are interested in participating, please complete and submit the application here by July 31st. If you have any further questions, reach out to Anna Schuetze at [email protected].
