Mark your calendars for Monday, September 9, 2019 for the 12th Annual Breakthrough T1D Golf Classic! Held at the exclusive Glendale Country Club in Bellevue, this golf event benefits Breakthrough T1D-funded research efforts to treat, prevent, and ultimately cure type 1 diabetes (T1D). Over its 11 year history, the tournament has raised nearly $1.5 million for T1D research.
Two of our outstanding volunteers, Graham Grisoli and Maureen Reilly, will co-chair this year’s Breakthrough T1D Golf Classic. Both Graham and Maureen sit on the Breakthrough T1D Greater Northwest Board of Directors and have been active members of the Golf Classic committee. Together, the two of them will look to build on the success of this growing event, which last year raised over $170,000 and attracted a full field of golfers.
