Breakthrough T1D invites you to participate in the Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador (YA) Program. The Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador Program teaches children and teens to advocate for and raise awareness of type 1 diabetes (T1D) in their community. This group is made up of children living with type 1 diabetes, between Kindergarten and 12th grade.
Youth Ambassadors will have confidence in sharing their T1D story, demonstrate leadership skills and collaborate with T1D peers while advancing the mission of Breakthrough T1D.
We hope you will apply for the Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador Program. Please click on the link to find additional information and requirements as well as the Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador Program application form. Please submit your completed forms no later than November 30th.
Once we’ve received all of the applications for this year’s program, we will conduct a review and may reach out to you if we have any questions.
