Meet Dr. Andy Ahmann

Dr. Andy Ahmann, our T1D Community Honoree, has dedicated his career to improving the health and well-being of individuals with diabetes in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Through personalized care, diabetes program development, education, clinical research, and advocacy, Dr. Ahmann has made a lasting impact. He played a pivotal role in establishing Harold Schnitzer Diabetes Health Center at OHSU in 2007, creating the only combined pediatric and adult comprehensive diabetes center in the West.
