6 pm: Check-in and Silent Auction Opens

6:30 pm: Welcome Remarks, Rules and Format Review

6:45 pm: Three Rounds of Play (Tile sets will be provided for your convenience)

Players will stay with their table guests each round.

Rounds last 30 minutes with a 15-minute break in between each round.

9 pm: Winners Announced

Light bites will be provided during play.

All admissions packages include at least one drink ticket (beer, wine, soft drinks). Tickets can be picked up at the time of check-in.

A member-sign bar will also be available.

If you are not a member, additional drink tickets will be available for purchase.

Rules and Prizes

A beautiful prize will be provided to the winner with the highest score after three rounds of play. Please see here for Merry Mahjong Rules and scorecard.

In the spirit of teamwork, the table with the highest score at the end of play will receive a group prize.
