About
Community Summit is a day filled with education, inspiration, and connection as we gather together to learn about life with T1D.
Colorado individuals and families impacted by type 1 diabetes (T1D) are invited to a free Community Summit, hosted by the Breakthrough T1D Rocky Mountain Chapter!
Join us on the afternoon of Saturday, March 28, where we will offer opportunities to learn more about who Breakthrough T1D is and how we serve the greater T1D community. You’ll also hear more about the broader experiences of life with T1D from those who get it. Local experts and leaders in the T1D community will be hosting breakout sessions focusing on different topics affecting all ages and stages of T1D. No matter if you’ve lived with T1D for 10 minutes or 10 years, Community Summit is the perfect time to meet and mingle with the Colorado Breakthrough T1D community.
Please reserve a spot for each individual guest who will be attending using the appropriate ticket type.
A light lunch will be offered at no additional cost for all attendees. Gluten-free options will be available.
