Please join us for dinner Tuesday, April 4th at the Finneytown Panera Bread to raise money for Breakthrough T1D. For each dine-in, carry-out, drive-thru and gift card purchase made between 4:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., the Finneytown Panera Bread bakery-cafe will donate 15% of the total sales back to Breakthrough T1D
