This free support group is for youth living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and their caregivers, focused on support, advocacy, and education. Hosted by the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency in partnership with the Health Plan of San Joaquin. Connect with others who truly get it while sharing food and community. We meet the second Tuesday of every month. Dinner is provided for those who register in advance.
