Young Leadership Committee (YLC)
The Young Leadership Committee (YLC) is comprised of young professionals dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Breakthrough T1D. The committee hosts various fundraising, networking, and social events that attract young professionals in the Houston, San Antonio, and Austin area.
The Young Leadership Committee (YLC) is a direct extension of the Southern Texas Chapter of JDRF – the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. The YLC is comprised of ambitious young professionals in the Houston, San Antonio and Austin area who like to network, have fun, and who share the same goal in treating, preventing, and ultimately curing T1D. We hold various events throughout the year where we bring together great individuals for exciting and educational events.
