The Breakthrough T1D Community Summit is an educational and networking opportunity for all those impacted by type 1 diabetes (T1D). This year, the Breakthrough T1D Community Summit will bring our community together to learn from T1D experts, hear about the latest breakthroughs in T1D research, meet vendor exhibitors, connect with others impacted by T1D, and more. We look forward to having you join us! Registration is required.

El Community Summit (Encuentro Comunitario) de Breakthrough T1D constituye una oportunidad educativa y de conexión para todas las personas afectadas por la diabetes tipo 1 (DT1). Youth/Teen Programing

Parents, we are focused on offering a safe and secure environment and will need your help with a few things.

You must register your child for the Youth/Teen program using one of the following ticket types

YOUTH TICKET for children grades kindergarten through 7th grade.
TEEN TICKET for children 8th through 12th grade

Parents, please note the following:

Parents are not permitted to leave the Breakthrough T1D Community Summit premises without their child(ren).
Please review both the photo release and liability waiver
Parents/Guardians will be contacted by text or call if your child needs help with their T1D management during the program.

Padres, estamos enfocados en ofrecer un entorno seguro y necesitaremos su ayuda con algunas cosas.

Debe registrar a su hijo en el programa para jóvenes/adolescentes utilizando uno de los siguientes tipos de boletos

BOLETO JOVEN para niños desde kindergarten hasta 7 grado.
