Join us for Breakthrough T1D’s largest community education event of the year! Learn about the latest T1D research from world renowned scientists at the La Jolla Institute. Meet others impacted by T1D. Discuss and gain support around challenging day-to-day issues of a T1D diagnosis. Learn how a top research lab works by taking a tour of the Institute. Games for kids, lunch, and vendor information provided. This is a free Breakthrough T1D community event!
TypeOneNation – Meet the Scientists is an educational and networking opportunity for all those impacted by type 1 diabetes (T1D). The day includes interactive lab tours of the La Jolla Institute, hearing about the latest breakthroughs in T1D research, visiting vendor exhibitors, connecting with others impacted by T1D, and more. Come for the whole day or stay for part of the day and attend the sessions that interest you most.
