Walt Disney World Resort requires that at least one member of the party be over eighteen years of age. Any incidental charges, such as meals, souvenirs, phone calls, laundry, room services are not included, and are paid by the recipient upon checkout. Package and package components are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Reservations are requested to be made 30 days in advance. Once redeemed and the reservation confirmed, no changes will be accepted. VIP Tour requests must be made at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. Tour is for 6 consecutive hours and begins promptly at agreed upon start time. Any additional hours must be booked and paid for in advanced. Guests must have theme park tickets previously purchased before VIP Tour begins. VIP Tours cannot be cancelled. Blackout dates are April 12-26, May 24-26, July 3-5, August 30 – September 1, October 10-13, November 24 – December 2, December 12-31. Travel must be booked and completed by January 1, 2015.
