Arrival Information

There will be complimentary valet parking for all guests.  The Grand Ballroom is located on the 4^th floor of the hotel.  There will be directional signage at the elevators and escalators directing guests to the Breakthrough T1D Promise Ball.

 

BidPal

This year’s silent auction will be all electronic via your smartphone.  For the best experience and early access to the silent auction, please provide at 10-digit cell phone number for you and all guests to Breakthrough T1D in advance of the event by emailing bjackson@BreakthroughT1D.org.  You will receive a text message prior to your arrival at the Hilton.  Simply launch the personal link to bid early and often right from your phone!  Make sure your smart phone is fully charged prior the event.  No Smartphone?  Breakthrough T1D will have a number of BidPal devices which can also be used for perusing and bidding on silent auction items.

 

Evening Schedule

Our cocktail reception and Silent Auction will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will feature award-winning magician Ben Jackson mingling and performing slide of hand throughout the reception.  Guests will then be escorted to their seats at 7:45 p.m. for dinner, the program, Live Auction and Fund A Cure.  At 10pm dancing will commence with a high-energy performance from the band Ice House and late night casino games will be open for play.  Also be sure to stop by the ballroom photo booth to take home a picture souvenir from the evening. Raffle Prize

All attendees will have an exclusive opportunity to take home a gorgeous ring that features a 17k aquamarine stone surrounded by 40 brilliant diamonds generously donated by Nacol & Co.  Tickets can be purchased through your BidPal device and are $100 for 1 ticket or $250 for 3 tickets.  The grand prize drawing will take place at the end of the evening program.  You must be present to win.
