Take on the Annual Tobacco Road Marathon to support type one diabetes research. To register, first complete your official registration-a portion of which will be donated directly to Breakthrough T1D-with the Tobacco Road Marathon, then, please visit run.breakthrought1d.org/MyRun and complete the steps to register. Tobacco Road Marathon will appear in the drop-down menu of available races.

Join us the night before at Rudy’s Pub and Grill in Apex to celebrate! If you would like to attend just the social, volunteer on race day or at our Breakthrough T1D info table during the Expo, please contact Danielle Hayes.

Don’t forget, you can log miles for the mission any way you choose. Create a personal fitness challenge, join teammates at races like the City of Oaks Marathon, Fun Fourth Freedom run or any race of your choice just by registering on run.breakthrought1d.org/MyRun. Not only will you reach your own goals, but you’ll make a difference in the lives of millions of people (all while earning some pretty cool swag!).
