oin your local type 1 diabetes (T1D) community for an evening of connection & support! Our in-person T1D Connections Meetings are a space for school aged children (K-8) and their caregivers to come together to discuss the ups & downs of living with T1D, and spend time with folks just like them!

Supervision of the children is provided, as well as games and activities. The parents/caregivers will have guided conversations in a separate space.
