Join your local T1D community for informal conversation about life with T1D. This session will focus on heading back to school with T1D.
This group is open to anyone touched by T1D – adults, parents, caregivers, friends, and children of all ages are welcome to attend. A light dinner will be served; please RSVP to Carrie Zager at the link above with the number attending so we will have an accurate count for dinner.
