Join the Western & Central New York Chapter in Rochester for a FREE Community Summit—an educational and networking event for everyone impacted by type 1 diabetes (T1D). Connect with others, learn from experts, and explore a vendor fair featuring valuable resources for life with T1D. You’ll walk away with practical skills and information to help you live well with T1D or support someone you love who does.

Kids with T1D and their siblings are welcome to join our Kids Camp. While the grown-ups are in session, our Camp Healthy Hope volunteers will lead a T1D educational activity and taking the kids to explore the museum! This event is something your entire family can enjoy together! This program is for children ages (5-12).

Siblings are welcome to participate. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
