JOIN US at the Breakthrough T1D Community Summit on March 14th at Cornerstone University! We welcome your participation as an adult, caregiver, parent attendee, teen helper, nurse or kid camper. This Summit unites the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community to share, learn, engage, and connect with other families in Michigan.
At the Summit, you will:
- Discover research advancements.
- Engage in discussions with experts.
- Network with others living with T1D.
- Visit a Vendor Village & the Breakthrough T1D Hub.
The educational sessions will focus on T1D care and management, tailored to various audiences. Kids will enjoy camp programming, while parents, caregivers, grandparents, and friends attend sessions and have a dedicated morning for themselves. Campers will participate in activities and special sessions designed just for them. All these opportunities are incredible ways to lead, connect, and grow.
