More Than Cards begins its 14th season supporting charitable foundations. Through your patronage, we reached a couple milestones in 2015. We printed our 1,500,000-th card and sales crossed $2.2 million raised for charity. Thank you!
NEW FOR 2016. Our new card line-up for the 2016 is ready. There are 35+ new holiday cards, 30 new Christian cards, 17 new note cards. The artwork along the right hand side is all new for 2016.
ART SEARCH 2016. We declare Art Search 2016 a success. Many new cards can be found in our 5×7 note card section. Much thanks go out to our volunteer artists. We still accept additional artwork for 2016. Please consider us for 2017 when art projects come home in December.
ASSORTMENTS. New for 2016, are the 15 card assortment packs. Three different packs are available: 5×7 General Purpose Christmas Cards, 5×7 Christian Christmas Cards, 6×8 Foil Embossed Christmas Cards. In particular, the foil embossed pack provides a attractive price point to try our fanciest cards.
NEW ELEGANT CARD LINE. (sometimes called our professional cards) We’re working with a new provider of elegant foil lined and embossed cards. They are much nicer than our previous offerings. They have greater use of multi-colored foils. They use higher quality papers. Some with a lustrous coating. Some with linen textures. They use matching envelopes. Look to the card descriptions and click the envelope icon when shopping. There 340+ new card designs available, including 25+ new designed for Hanukkah and Rosh Hashana.
FRIENDLY REMINDER. Rosh Hashana is October 3rd. This gives a practical deadline of Monday, September 19th to order Rosh Hashana cards and have plenty of time for use to print them and you to send them.
NEW BUSINESS NOTE CARDS LINE. Our line of notes cards has been expanded. Most are 6×8 cards with the same qualities as out Elegant Card line. The can be used to remember employee and customer anniversaries, birthdays, congratulate accomplishments and give thanks for hard work. The 5×7 note cards are still available.
ELEGANT CARD PRICING CORRECTION. The pricing software for our elegant holiday cards and elegant note cards had a bug that was pushing up the prices. It was most noticeable for lessor quantities. We corrected the bug. Orders with incorrect prices have been adjusted. With the pricing corrected, the elegant line per card costs quickly drops below $2 with quantity discounts.
Breakthrough T1D LOGO. More Than Cards and Breakthrough T1D have renewed our relationship. Breakthrough T1D has granted us permission to put their logo on the back of our cards. They will be promoting More Than Cards across their chapters and outreach programs.
Breakthrough T1D CHAPTERS. Breakthrough T1D Headquarters requested that we disable the ability to choose which chapter receives the proceeds. Instead, we provide them with a spreadsheet that summarizes proceeds by zip code. They will apportion the proceeds to the local chapters.
