Two weeks ago, we celebrated Jack’s 5 year diaversary! We can’t believe it has already been 5 years since he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. He has shown great strength, courage and resilience over the last 5 years and has become quite the young man. He is our hero.
Again this year, we are holding our Breakthrough T1D Home Run Derby for Type 1 Diabetes at STiKS Academy in Waukesha and we would love for you to come out and support Jack, T1D and have a lot of fun at the same time.
There are 2 links. One link is to sign up to participate, the other is to come and volunteer. If anyone needs service hours, it is a great way to get them and have fun at the same time. All proceeds go to Breakthrough T1D and your participation fee is tax deductible.
