We are putting together a collage of photos representing our type 1 community. We would love to use your photo in the collage, which will be used in marketing materials for the Promise Ball Reimagined, taking place on November 14th!

Here are a few details for all photo submissions:

• The photo should only have one person in it- your loved one with T1D (or yourself, of course). This will be a celebration of all that type 1 diabetics accomplish every single day! Know more than one type 1 diabetic? Send individual photos of each person and we will use them!
• Make it a photo that you/they love of yourself/themselves! It doesn’t have to be a recent photo and it doesn’t have to be formal. Choose the one that represents you/them the best.
• Please send in your photo(s) by September 15th
• Submit photos to arizona@BreakthroughT1D.org
