The Community Summit (formerly TypeOneNation Summit) is a free community event for anyone living with or caring for a person living with type 1 diabetes (T1D). Join your T1D community for a day of support, education, and connection. You’ll hear updates on research and advocacy, participate in interactive breakout sessions, and visit with device companies, camps, and others in the T1D Resource vendor hall. Get to know others in the local T1D community over lunch, which will be provided at no cost. Whether you are family who is dealing with a new diagnosis, an adult who has lived with T1D for many years, a grandparent or caregiver, or a health care professional, there will be something for you! Teens with T1D in grades 8-12 are invited to participate in our Teen program running concurrently with the main program. Admission is free, but advance registration is required.
