Breakthrough T1D Spring Walks Are Almost Here!

Our 2017 Poconos and Moosic One Walk committees are hard at work putting them together. Event chairs, Tom Schoeller and Jill Nardone, have their hands full championing their committees, securing sponsorships, and leading their family teams! The 2017 Poconos One Walk will take place April 23^rd at Stroudsburg High School, in Stroudsburg, PA. The 2017 Moosic One Walk will take place June 4^th at Montage Mountain Resort, in Moosic, PA.
