This Sunday is our 5th Annual Ready, Set, Play event! On March 5th from 2-5pm Breakthrough T1D New York City Chapter will take over the Chelsea Piers Field House for an event like no other! This fun-filled day brings together more than 300 New York City families of all ages to enjoy activities including carnival games, bouncy castles, batting cages, arts & crafts and so much more! It is truly a special day that the community looks forward to each and every year.

If you haven’t done so already, please purchase tickets, make a donation or send tickets to a newly diagnosed family! Online Ticket will be available until 8am Sunday Morning, then they will be available at the door only.
