Breakthrough T1D Back to School Bash, Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 9:00am-12:00 noon
For Parents and School Staff – come with questions, leave with answers!
Presented with and held at Wayne County Community College District-Western Campus in Belleville, Michigan; please join us to learn more about T1D and how to keep the student with T1D safe in the school environment. School can be difficult, but for a child with T1D, it can be even more challenging. Once again Breakthrough T1D is pleased to present this opportunity to help ‘educate the educator” in understanding the important role they play in the day-to-day care of a student with diabetes. Parents are also invited to understand the important role they play in having the right medical forms, supplies, and needed information to start the school year off right. Hands-on demonstrations, Q& A panel, Vendor Fair and more!
