Over 800 people attended last Saturday’s Breakthrough T1D TypeOneNation Research Summit presented by Lilly Diabetes. The youth program hosted over 150 kids, ages 5-18. Some highlights included Steve Reichert from the organization Living Vertical, Mike Black who wore out our younger kids with silly games, and a going off to college panel for our older attendees. We had a group of wonderful volunteers who kept the kids safe, happy, and entertained! Thank you to all that volunteered their time and talents to make the youth program a success!
