The Hampton Roads Chapter of Breakthrough T1D is proud to announce the reboot of our Youth Ambassador program for the 2018-2019 school year.

If you or your T1D child are between the ages of 6 and 20, please consider applying to participate in the Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador Program. This group is made up of individuals with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and who are interested in furthering their involvement with the educational and volunteer efforts of Breakthrough T1D.

Applicants must show exemplary leadership qualities as the purpose of the Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador program is to represent Breakthrough T1D in our community. Program details and requirements are outlined in the attached application.

We need your voice, your participation, and your leadership.  We will ask Ambassadors to fill out the attached application form and send it back to the Breakthrough T1D office at Anna’s attention.

Applications are due no later than July 15, 2018.
