The Breakthrough T1D Mid-Atlantic Chapter is so excited to announce that applications are currently open for our Youth Ambassador Program until September 2nd!

This program is made up of children with type 1 diabetes (T1D), grades K-12, who are interested in becoming involved with the educational and volunteer efforts of the Breakthrough T1D Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
