Our chapter’s Breakthrough T1D Ride to Cure Diabetes team, the Metro Roadsters, won the award for top fundraising chapter for the Breakthrough T1D Ride in Saratoga Springs!

On September 13-16, forty-four of our chapter riders or Metro Roadsters, headed up to Saratoga Springs, New York to ride more than 3,700 miles, and raised $151, 820! But it hasn’t stopped there. Our riders are so dedicated and ruthless – they have not stopped fundraising – the number continues to climb! Their passion, dedication, absolute desire to turn Type One into Type None and willingness to ride a bike some ridiculous distance in the quest to do so amazes us.
