Join our 2019 Breakthrough T1D Tee Up Chairman, Mark Taddeo and our talented committee on Monday, June 10th for our annual Golf Classic at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club for an amazing day of hope for all those affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D)!

 

 

 

The day will feature:

T1D Ambassadors, Sam Digaetano (2nd from left) & Jacques St. Germaine (3rd from left) on the green.
  • 18 holes of golf on one of the gorgeous courses at Fiddler’s Elbow
  • Use of the facilities on site including the locker room, driving range & putting green
  • A golf cart for every twosome
  • A unique golfer gift
  • Lunch, dinner & on-course refreshments
  • On course contests including the chance to win a car on a select hole
  • Tricky tray raffles and a silent auction
