California’s Great America welcomed Breakthrough T1D’s Walk to Cure Diabetes on October 7, 2012. Walkers danced to great music and took in the thrilling and chilling sights and rides of California’s Great America. Three high school cheer squads turned out to cheer on the over 900 walkers, including seven Superhero Teams that each raised at least $5,000 by Walk Day.
To date, more than $310,000 has been raised to benefit T1D research and that number is climbing! There is still time to donate and help us meet our goal. Just click here.
