Sisters Lisa Stegall and Susan Eve made a huge difference in Breakthrough T1D’s research!  This was their first year to be involved with Breakthrough T1D and chose to participate in the Ride to Cure Diabetes at Lake Tahoe.  Lisa and Susan rode in honor of their brother, Mark.  Mark was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and was a sport coach in Colorado who made many friends over the years.  These amazing sisters not only raised almost $9,000, but they also recruited some of Mark’s friends who raised an additional $4,000!  We congratulate this fabulous team of 6 who are already excited about growing the team in 2013!
