Join us to visit with Tom Brobson about his compelling experience with the artificial pancreas and the promise that Breakthrough T1D funded research holds for all people with T1D.

Tom Brobson has worn an artificial pancreas (AP) in the real world for three days as part of a Breakthrough T1D-funded clinical trial. Leaving the hospital setting behind, Tom was able to live life while a smartphone based AP system helped to automatically manage his blood glucose. AP is one
part of Breakthrough T1D’s overall research vision.
