Breakthrough T1D Oklahoma City has a new staff member! Please help me welcome Cari Ledbetter, Development Coordinator, to our office.

Here’s a note from Cari, “I am thrilled to be the new Development Coordinator alongside Andrea at the Oklahoma Chapter in Oklahoma City. I am a recent graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Community/Public Health, and also recently obtained my credentials to be a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). My passion and vision for type 1 diabetes has been apparent for many years, as I have had T1D for 14 years. I could not be more excited that this journey has led me here, to Breakthrough T1D. Helping those affected by T1D and expanding all efforts through advocacy and research at Breakthrough T1D will truly be a dream come true for me. I am looking forward to working together in the future to achieve the goals set forth by this outstanding organization.”
